Happy Halloween???

One of the Steward girls had a great Halloween, the other, not so good. I was at work yesterday when daycare called to come and pick up Addison, they thought she may have pink eye. She has had cold and cough for several days and she always gets a runny eye with it. So I left work to go and get her and her left eye was draining a ton and it was swollen and red. Wow did that come on fast! I took her to the doctor and she, of course, has an infection in that eye and she also has an ear infection. So we are doing the eye drops every hour for the first 24 hours, while she is awake, then she will get them twice a day for 4 days. And amoxicillin for 10 days for her ear. Lovely... So needless to say I am not at work today. She had a rough night with the coughing. We really feel helpless. But her eye does look a little better today. My parents are coming tonight so she will be getting a lot of attention!

Payton had a great halloween. She had a parade and party at school, she wore her witch costume all day, she didn't want to take it off last night and this morning she wanted to wear it at school again! She was so cute. Brian took her around the neighborhood and she got all shy when they got the doors. She screams "trick or treat" before they left home, but not anywhere else. Addison was a pumpkin, although she didn't even get to wear her costume last night. She did wear it to a halloween party we went to on Saturday though. And since Payton INSISTED that Daddy go as a pumpkin too, he had a pumpkin shirt on.
