Payton actually slept through the entire night last night for the first time since we got home from the hospital. She was waking up when Addison cried and then she says "Baby crying, kiss baby". We then have to bring Addison to her or vice versa and let her give her a kiss and then she goes right back down. She is so worried about her little sister. Too sweet.
Payton is however totally going backward at bedtime. She has started to fight the entire process and last night it took Brian and I over an hour to get her down... So frustrating. Especially when she has to be at daycare the next day, like today. She is going to be pooped! Bedtime usually is the one time that Payton has always done great. It isn't helping that Addison is usually up and her Grandma and Grandpa are here... Hopefully she will get back on track soon.

Oh, I'm sorry that you're having a hard time with Payton and bedtime right now. So many changes in your house! :)
I must admit...the entire months of October 2005 and November 2006 were spent battling a screaming Soren at bedtime. Drive me to drink, I tell ya! It was odd for us too...because he'd always gone to bed just fine.
Reading your entry just gave me horrible flashbacks. Ha, ha.
Hopefully it will just be horrible flashbacks for us soon! Last night again it took us over an hour to get her down... ARGHHH!
Olivia did the same thing to us when Jonah came - it took about two weeks to get her back to normal... Just keep with your routine and she'll learn that nothing has really changed.
How's it going Tina? Is it getting any better? *hug*
Things have not gotten any better yet. My parents left this morning, so maybe tonight will feel a little more normal for her... not sure. The tantrums with kicking and screaming are getting on our nerves! Thank goodness Addison doesn't seem to concerned with them!
Oh, the one good thing is that she is sleeping in in the morning!
